Return/Refund Policy
Please note: Whilst every care is taken, Turtle Creative cannot be held responsible for any errors on final output generated by you, or the software you use in creating files for output. The final check before we receive your files is your responsibility. Printing errors, deemed to be at Turtle Creative?s fault, will be reprinted.

Disclaimer
We accept electronic artwork from Windows and Mac OS applications, which must be complete with proofs attached. All prices include GST, freight, file downloading, film, plates, stock and printing. Should you send us your artwork via email, we require a proof to be faxed to our offices.
